Design & Build Recruitment in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of high-end residential projects from start to finish. You will manage programmes, budgets, procurement, variations, and delivery while coordinating Site Managers, subcontractors, consultants and clients on projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

The role requires strong residential construction experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management, the ability to juggle multiple

• Strong Project Management experience within residential construction.
• Proven experience working on homes in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
• A good understanding of high-end/custom residential construction.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach.
• The confidence to take ownership of projects and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential projects from pre-construction through to completion.

We are working with an established boutique residential builder delivering high-end homes across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

Due to continued project activity, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of a number of projects from start to finish.
