Job summary

CGC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for luxury residential builds and renovations in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Lead delivery from planning through handover, coordinating architects, consultants and trade partners to preserve design intent and timelines.

You will manage programs, budgets and procurement, flag risks early, and maintain clear communication with clients and directors across live projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-end residential projects over $3m.
• Strong knowledge of NSW building codes and approvals processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with clients and directors.
• Collaborative, detail-driven approach and pride in craftsmanship.
• Experience dealing with Sydney Architects.
• Bachelor level qualification in Project Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of luxury residential builds and renovations from planning to handover.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain design intent.
• Own project programs, budgets and procurement, flag risks early and inform stakeholders.
• Run site meetings, quality control and safety compliance on live projects.
• Liaise with clients, maintaining transparency and trust.
• Support Design & Construct projects alongside design coordination process.

The team works alongside leading architects, designers and consultants on landmark rebuilds and finely crafted renovations. They have been operating over for 20 years and regularly deliver homes up to $15m.

The team works alongside leading architects, designers and consultants on landmark rebuilds and finely crafted renovations. They have been operating over for 20 years and regularly deliver homes up to $15m.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-end residential projects from early planning through to handover. You'll work closely with directors, architects, consultants and trade partners to ensure every project is delivered on program, on budget and to the exacting standard clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of luxury residential builds and renovations, from council approvals through construction to handover
• Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain design intent and buildability
• Own project programs, budgets and procurement, flagging risks early and keeping stakeholders informed
• Run site meetings, quality control and safety compliance across live projects
• Liaise directly with clients, maintaining a high standard of transparency and trust
• Support Design & Construct projects, working alongside the in-house design coordination process

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience project managing high-end residential over $3m.
• Strong understanding of NSW building codes, council approval processes and construction methodology for premium finishes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable liaising directly with clients and directors
• A collaborative, detail-driven approach and genuine pride in craftsmanship
• Experience dealing with a Sydney Architects
• Bachelor of Project Management or equivalent
