Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 high-end custom homes across Sydney’s Inner West. This role is predominantly office-based with regular site visits, coordinating with Site Managers and a small team to deliver projects from pre-construction through handover.

You will manage budgets, procurement, contracts and programmes, while liaising with clients, architects and subcontractors to ensure profitable delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within high-end residential builds.
• Custom home building experience is essential.
• Estimating or contracts administration background is advantageous.
• Strong commercial and residential construction knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Confident working autonomously and leading a small team.

Responsibilities

Project Manager – High-End Residential Inner West, Sydney Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:00pm A reputable Custom Home builder is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 high-end custom homes across Sydney’s Inner West. You’ll manage projects from pre-construction through to handover, with responsibility across commercial performance, programme and overall delivery. Predominantly office-based with regular site visits, you’ll work closely with Site Managers while leading a small team of Junior Estimators and Contracts Administrators. The role sits within a friendly, close-knit custom home builder where you’ll have genuine autonomy over your projects and team.
