CGC are recruiting on behalf of a well-established builder based in Sydney, handling premium residential and commercial projects. The Project Manager will own high-end builds from start to finish, liaising with the director, site teams and consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within high-end residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of the Sydney construction market.
• Experience managing projects of $5m+.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients, architects and consultants.
• Procore experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Use Procore to manage documentation, RFIs, quality, and site records.

CGC are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, high end residential and commercial builder based in Sydney, working across the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. Our client has a strong pipeline of premium projects up to $11m, with several more due to start soon, and is looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to support the next stage of growth.

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a tight knit, high performing team (around 15 people) and take real ownership over high end builds from start to finish. You'll work closely with the director, site teams, and consultants to deliver projects on time and on budget, and there is genuine scope to help shape the business going forward, with profit share available for the right person.

Our client is looking for someone who is going to be with the business a long time and has given us a rough pay range on what he wants to pay someone, but they are open to negotiate depending on what you can bring to the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing multiple high end projects concurrently, with values up to $11m
• Running project programs, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Using Procore to manage documentation, RFIs, quality, and site records
• Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, and certifiers
• Mentoring site staff and contributing to the business's operational growth
• Working alongside the director to help scale the business as new projects start.

About You
