$180,000 - $200,000 + Super + Bonus

Established for more than 15 years, this commercial construction business specialises in fast-track fitout, refurbishment and building upgrade projects.

They have delivered more than $500M worth of projects and built an outstanding client base across the commercial property sector.

The Role

They're now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Sydney team and take ownership of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to handover.

This is more than simply managing programme and cost. You'll become the key relationship between the client, consultants, subcontractors and your delivery team.

You’ll be supported by experienced Site Managers and strong internal systems, allowing you to concentrate on leadership, commercial performance, client relationships and delivering an exceptional result.

With such a high percentage of repeat business, client care is critical. The best PM for this business will enjoy building relationships just as much as delivering the project itself.

About You

To be successful you'll have:

• Tertiary qualification in construction
