Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager within a reputable head contractor / fitout contractor.
• Strong commercial fitout, refurbishment and workplace project experience.
• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound commercial understanding across procurement, contracts and project financials.
• Construction Management, Engineering or related qualification preferred.
• Open to an established Senior PM or a strong PM ready to take the next step.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial fitout projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Take ownership of programme, budget, quality and project outcomes
• Manage clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Oversee procurement, contracts, variations and project financials
• Lead and support site and project teams
• Identify and manage project risks throughout delivery
• Build strong client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes
