Job summary

IVE Group – CX & Data is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to join the PMO. You will lead technology-enabled projects, manage scope, and translate business needs into practical requirements.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking and a blend of project management and business analysis activities. Reporting to the PMO Team Lead, you will drive delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget and aligned with

Qualifications

Proven experience leading technology or digital projects from initiation to delivery.
Experience applying PMBOK-aligned governance across full lifecycle.
Strong requirement elicitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation through to delivery within time, budget and scope.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets.
Facilitate workshops and governance forums; manage risks and dependencies.
Document business and functional requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Support UAT, implementation planning and change readiness activities.
