Are you an experienced Project Manager with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate business requirements into successful project outcomes?

At IVE Group – CX & Data, we're looking for a commercially minded and outcomes-focused Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM/BA) to join our Project Management Office (PMO).

This role combines business analysis and project management responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on understanding business needs, defining requirements, improving processes and delivering technology-enabled solutions that create measurable business value. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities, analyse business challenges and translate requirements into practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.

As the PM/BA, you will lead projects from initiation through to delivery, including facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, managing scope, and ensuring business objectives remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams to deliver effective outcomes for our clients.

About the Role

Reporting to the PMO Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to successful implementation, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and aligned with client expectations.

As a combined Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will balance project delivery responsibilities with business analysis activities, including but limited to requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, process mapping, business process improvement, and solution design. You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to define project scope, translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage delivery risks and dependencies, and ensure solutions achieve intended business outcomes.

Acting as the key link between our clients, business and technology teams, you will facilitate effective communication, drive alignment across stakeholders, and support the successful delivery of projects while ensuring business value is realised.

What You'll Be Doing

Project Management

• Lead and manage projects across the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams, technical specialists, clients and external delivery partners.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes and competing priorities.
• Facilitate project meetings, governance forums and stakeholder updates.
• Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasting and invoicing.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and conduct post-implementation reviews.

Business Analysis – Supporting Project Delivery

• Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and project requirements.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Document business and functional requirements, process flows and user stories.
• Support gap analysis, solution evaluation and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet business and client needs.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation planning and business readiness activities.
• Create and maintain requirements documentation and support effective change management throughout delivery.

You are equally comfortable leading project activities and working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyse processes and define clear requirements. With a strong attention to detail, you ask the right questions, challenge assumptions and ensure business requirements are thoroughly documented, validated and aligned to project objectives before delivery begins.

You excel at bridging the gap between business and technology teams, translating stakeholder needs into practical solutions, managing competing priorities, and ensuring projects deliver measurable business value while meeting agreed timeframes and outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience managing technology or digital projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong project planning, governance, budgeting, risk management and resource coordination skills.
• Demonstrated experience applying PMBOK-aligned project governance frameworks and waterfall delivery methodologies across the full project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience gathering, documenting and validating business requirements.
• Confidence facilitating client workshops, stakeholder meetings and technical discussions.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• A strong commercial focus, with an understanding of project financials and delivery commitments.
• The ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Highly Regarded

• Experience within customer communications, marketing technology, data or digital solutions.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Quadient, Salesforce, Braze or Adobe.
• Experience in business process improvement, solution design and UAT.
• Relevant Project Management and Business Analysis qualifications or certifications.
