Job summary

Morson Edge in Sydney is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee 1–2 commercial construction projects from pre-construction through handover. You will lead project teams, manage programmes and budgets, coordinate site staff, subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

This temp-to-perm opportunity offers a Sydney-based workload with weekly day-rate payments, limited travel, and a clear path to long-term career prospects

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery.
• Experience managing project budgets, contracts and variations.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.

We're working with a well-established commercial builder delivering a strong pipeline of projects across Sydney.

Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis. You'll oversee 1–2 projects at a time, taking ownership of delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

Projects typically range from $3m–$6m and include a mix of commercial construction and refurbishment works across the Sydney market.

You'll be supported by a dedicated Contract Administrator, allowing you to focus on project delivery, stakeholder management and overall project performance.
