Job summary

BuiltSTRONG Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for a leading commercial builder in Melbourne, overseeing projects from planning through handover. You will work with site teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors to manage programme, budget, quality and safety.

We value strong commercial new build experience; candidates with fit-out or refurbishment backgrounds welcomed if demonstrated delivery and technical knowledge. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Melbourne, VIC.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming and subcontractor coordination.
• Confidence managing project financials and contractual requirements.
