Job summary

Regal Innovations is seeking a Project Manager to deliver complex civil landscaping and infrastructure projects across Australia. You will oversee execution, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and mentor teams to ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

The role offers a clear site roster and opportunities for professional growth, with a salary range of $120,000–$170,000 per year plus superannuation. A driver’s licence and white card are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Landscape Trade, Civil Construction, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in commercial landscaping or civil works project management.
• A current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card.
• Ambition, energy, and self‑motivation, with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritise, self‑manage, and work with minimal supervision.
• Confident and adaptable with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects with strong outcomes.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical information clearly.
• Proactive, organised and accountable with strong decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing projects to ensure planning and execution align with PM principles (time, cost, quality).
• Participating in HSEQ senior management meetings.
• Ensuring WHS compliance and policies.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Attending events to foster engagement and networking opportunities.
• Driving growth and development of project teams.
• Mentoring staff and identifying training needs for safe operations on‑site.
• Maintaining clear communication to address risks and opportunities.
• Identifying hazards, assessing risks, documenting controls.
• Ensuring incidents are reported to senior management.
• Responding to emergencies during and outside working hours.

Regal is looking for Project Managers to directly contribute to the successful delivery of projects, the development of high-performing teams, and the continued growth of our business. The expected salary for this role is $120,000 - $170,000 per annum plus superannuation.

In this role, you will oversee project execution, liaise with clients and stakeholders, mentor team members, ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing projects to ensure planning and execution align with project management principles (time, cost, quality).
• Participating in HSEQ senior management meetings.
• Ensuring compliance with WHS standards and policies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Attending community and business events to foster engagement and networking opportunities.
• Driving the growth and development of project teams, fostering long‑term success.
• Providing mentorship and identifying training needs for staff to ensure safe, efficient, and effective operations on‑site.
• Maintaining consistent communication with project teams to address risks and identify opportunities.
• Identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and documenting control measures to mitigate risks.
• Ensuring all incidents, accidents, and injuries are promptly reported to senior management.
• Responding to emergencies both during and outside of working hours.
• Assisting teams with ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Experience

• Qualifications in Landscape Trade, Civil Construction, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in commercial landscaping or civil works project management.
• A current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card.
• Ambition, energy, and self‑motivation, with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
