Job summary

Core Talent is seeking a Senior Project Manager for landscape and streetscape projects in Sydney. You will manage multiple projects from inception to handover, overseeing budgets, programs, variations and forecasting, while leading project teams and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.

The role emphasises strong client relationships, risk and commercial opportunity management, and ensuring safety and quality across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in project management or managing project teams.
• Demonstrated experience in civil landscaping, streetscape or pavement construction.
• Australian construction/civil industry experience.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• An adaptable, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering multiple projects concurrently, with a focus on program, budget, commercial performance, client relationships and project teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing projects from commencement through to handover
