Sharp Landscaping in New South Wales is seeking a Project Manager to raise the standard on residential landscape construction. You will lead crews, manage on-site execution, and keep projects on plan with client delight as a priority.

Two core strengths are hands-on leadership and meticulous site management to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and top-quality finishes. Join a growing team and drive project success directly with the managing director.

Formación

• Extensive experience in Residential Landscape Construction is required.
• Experience using job management software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Practical mindset with ability to think on your feet.
• Pride in delivering high-quality finished projects.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee residential landscape construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Schedule and coordinate labour, equipment, materials, subcontractors and resources.
• Provide hands-on on-site support, training, and technical guidance.
• Mentor and coach team members for performance improvement.
• Maintain strong client communication throughout the project.
• Manage health and safety responsibilities on site.
• Assist with estimating, planning and handovers when required.
• Provide regular reporting to the Director on project performance and resource needs.

What we need now is a Project manager who raises the standard on every site, by doing the work, leading the crew and keeping jobs on plan so every project finishes on time, finishes clean, and leaves the client delighted.

This role is for you if:

• You notice the small things: the uneven grout line, the gap at the corner, the materials that should have been ordered yesterday.
• You can’t walk past work that isn’t right, and you’d redo it before you’d hand it over.

• You’d rather run a tight, well-planned site than a busy, chaotic one.

Your role will include:

• Oversee and manage residential landscaping construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Schedule and coordinate labour, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and resources.
• Provide hands‑on on‑site support, training, and technical guidance where required.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to team members.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project.
• Health and Safety responsibilities
• Assist with estimating, project planning, and project handovers where required.
• Provide regular reporting and operational updates to the Director, including project performance, staffing, and resource requirements
