Regal Innovations in Australia is seeking Site Engineers to deliver high-quality civil construction projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will work with Project Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and clients, handling planning, coordination, and documentation.

The role offers a salary of $85,000–$100,000 per annum plus superannuation, with a Monday–Friday work schedule and access to modern tools and technology.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.
• Proven track record delivering civil infrastructure, commercial landscaping, earthworks, or public domain projects.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and provide on-site technical support.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Site Managers and Project Managers in site management and coordination of staff and subcontractors.
• Quantifying and ordering materials to meet program milestones.
• Interpreting contract documents, including specifications and drawings.
• Preparing and submitting project documentation, including schedules and QA records.
• Maintaining document control (RFIs, ITPs, OMMs).
• Collaborating to ensure safety compliance and a safe working environment.
• Interpreting plans and designs and assisting in construction methodologies.

Regal is looking for Site Engineers to help deliver high-quality civil construction projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The expected salary for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 per annum plus superannuation.

In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and clients, playing a critical role in the planning and execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting Site Managers and Project Managers in site management and coordination of staff and subcontractors.
• Accurately quantifying and ordering materials to meet or exceed program milestones.
• Analysing and interpreting contract documents, including specifications and drawings.
• Preparing and submitting project documentation, including schedules (micro and macro), quality assurance records, and related submissions.
• Maintaining document control and records, including but not limited to RFIs, ITPs, and OMMs.
• Collaborating with supervisors to ensure safety compliance and foster a safe working environment.
• Interpreting architectural and engineering plans, drawings, specifications, and designs.
• Assisting in the development of construction methodologies and safety documentation.
• Overseeing the delivery and allocation of materials and equipment.

Skills & Experience

• Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• A current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.
• A proven track record of delivering civil infrastructure, commercial landscaping, earthworks, or public domain projects.
• You possess confidence to interpret engineering drawings, coordinate site set-out, and provide technical support during construction.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, plant, and materials to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
• Experience monitoring project progress, managing project documentation, tracking variations, and supporting cost control.
• In depth understanding of Quality Assurance (QA), Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), and environmental compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (or similar).
