Job summary

Versatile Construction in Sydney seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and help shape, secure and deliver major residential and mixed-use developments valued between $100M and $400M across Sydney.

Unlike a traditional role, you will be involved early to convert opportunities into secured projects before leading delivery through to completion, with end-to-end ownership across internal developments and external client projects.

Project Manager | Landmark Residential & Mixed-Use Projects ($100M–$400M)

Own projects from opportunity to completion. Work with one integrated team. Deliver some of Sydney's most significant residential and mixed-use developments.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing business and help shape, secure and deliver major residential and mixed-use projects valued between $100M and $400M.

Unlike a traditional Project Manager role, you'll become involved early -working with our leadership team to help convert opportunities into secured projects before leading delivery through to completion.

Working across both our own developments and projects for external clients, you'll have genuine end-to-end ownership while delivering landmark projects located across Sydney's CBD and inner-city precincts.

The Opportunity

As Project Manager, you'll play a key role in both winning and delivering work.

From supporting bids, delivery strategies and client engagement through to procurement, construction and handover, you'll take ownership of projects from opportunity through to completion.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, clients, consultants and site teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, commercially and to the highest standard.
