Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is working with an established boutique residential builder delivering high-end homes across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of a number of projects from start to finish.

This role offers the chance to work on quality residential projects within a close-knit team where personality and culture are genuinely important.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in residential construction.
• Proven experience on homes in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
• Understanding of high-end/custom residential construction.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence to take ownership and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Manage programmes, budgets, procurement, variations and project delivery.
• Coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors, consultants and clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
• Work closely with a junior Contract Administrator / project support person.
• Manage multiple projects as the business grows.

We are working with an established boutique residential builder delivering high-end homes across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

Due to continued project activity, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of a number of projects from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on quality residential projects and wants to be part of a close knit team where personality and culture are genuinely important.

The Role

• Manage residential projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Manage programmes, budgets, procurement, variations and project delivery
• Coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors, consultants and clients
• Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget
• Work closely with a junior Contract Administrator / project support person
• Manage multiple projects as the business continues to grow

Projects are all located throughout Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and are generally high value custom residential builds.

About You

• Strong Project Management experience within residential construction
• Proven experience working on homes in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs
• A good understanding of high-end/custom residential construction
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• The confidence to take ownership of projects and make decisions
