Monarch Building Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile commercial projects across the NSW South Coast, based on-site in Narooma. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage programmes, costs and client relationships with a capable team in a long-term pipeline of work valued from $3 million to $30 million.

Experience with Cheops and Procore is preferred. The role offers stability, leadership opportunities and a strong regional presence built on delivering quality

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take the reins on high-profile construction projects across the NSW South Coast?

With a current opportunity in Narooma and a secured pipeline of work extending 5-7 years, this role offers the chance to deliver projects ranging from $3 million to $30 million across the commercial, community infrastructure and residential development sectors.

Monarch Building Solutions is a leading regional builder headquartered in Canberra, with over 20 years of delivering standout commercial, health, education, industrial and residential projects across the ACT and NSW.

Our South Coast operations span from Bega to Nowra, with a dedicated office in Batemans Bay. We deliver projects ranging from $3 million to $30 million, recently completing the Batemans Bay Community Health project, Bega Sports Centre and St Peter's Anglican College Campus Upgrades.

The Role

This is a senior delivery role from contract award through to practical completion. Based on-site in Narooma, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects, managing people, programme, cost, and client relationships with the support of a capable and experienced team behind you.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects across the South Coast
• Developing, implementing, and tracking project programmes to keep delivery on schedule
• Managing the performance of subcontractors and consultants to ensure quality and accountability
• Overseeing financial tracking, reporting, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Upholding Monarch's quality management standards and company procedures

What we are looking for:

• Proven end-to-end delivery experience on commercial construction projects valued between $3 million to $30 million (or comparable project complexity)
• Deep working knowledge of project planning, programming, and site management
• Strong leadership presence; you can manage a subcontractor, present to a client, and mentor a CA in the same day
• Excellent verbal, written, and organisational skills with a high degree of initiative
• Experience with Cheops financial accounting system or similar
• Experience with Procore project management software or similar
