Operating across the education, sport and recreation, aged care and social housing sectors, the business has built its success on long-standing client relationships, a collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes. More than 80% of its work comes from repeat clients, reflecting the trust it has established and the consistency of its delivery.
The company also prides itself on its true partnership approach with subcontractors, fostering strong working relationships that contribute to successful project outcomes. Internally, staff turnover is exceptionally low, and opportunities at this level are rare. This is a genuine opportunity to join an established, financially secure, award-winning builder with a strong pipeline of meaningful work. The business truly values relationships and can offer long-term security and longevity.
