Project Manager role with an established commercial builder delivering projects across the $1M to $15M range. Strong pipeline of negotiated work, excellent reputation and a close knit team culture.

Based on the North Shore and well suited to candidates living on the Northern Beaches.

The Company

This builder has built its reputation on integrity, quality and long term client relationships.

With a team of around 30 staff, they deliver projects across heritage, government facilities, office fit outs and refurbishments.

They focus on technically interesting and design driven projects typically in the $1M to $10M range, with occasional larger builds.

They have won multiple MBA awards and continue to impress clients with their quality and service. Around 50 percent of their work is negotiated, reflecting the strength of their relationships and reputation.
