Placing elite talent for our commercial and high-end residential builders across Victoria.

Looking to take on something a little different? This is your chance to step into a landmark high-end residential role that will set the benchmark for quality and design. You’ll lead the delivery of complex architectural builds, collaborating with an experienced Director and a capable delivery team while shaping the process from the ground up.

These projects demand strong buildability expertise, client focus and technical knowledge. You’ll work closely with clients and architects, supported by a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator, Site Manager and labour team, ensuring every stage is delivered to the highest standard.

This is a small, elite team that takes pride in building the right way. They set high standards, and they exceed them. You’ll be surrounded by sharp operators who work hard, take ownership, and want to see you succeed. If you’re someone who lives and breathes construction, this is the right fit. If not, this won’t be for you.

To be considered, you’ll need a minimum of five years as a PM locally, delivering high-end residential projects over $5 million or technically complex builds in the commercial or multi-residential sector. That might mean projects with basements, suspended slabs, off-form concrete or detailed finishes where your site control and client-facing skills were critical.

On offer is a salary package of up to $220K including super, depending on experience.
