Your Core Focus

• Ensure smooth and efficient project delivery
• Prepare site start packs
• Handle a variety of tasks including administration, procurement, scheduling, and supplier liaison
• Raise, source, place, and compile purchase orders & subcontract agreements
• Source project costs and negotiate with suppliers & contractors
• Work closely with site supervisors to organise deliveries & schedule works
• Manage documentation and assist with reception tasks (answering calls, greeting clients)
• Provide administration support and assist with site meetings

What We Require

• Previous experience in project coordination, pre-construction administration or a similar role
• Strong understanding of commercial building processes, specifically retail
• Ability to read and interpret various types of construction drawings and documents
• Familiarity with workflow management apps such as ClickUp, Monday, Smartsheet etc
• Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent is favorable
