The Role

Reporting to your Construction Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects valued anywhere between $15M - $35M and ranging from school and university construction projects to hospitals, Government & Institutional, Age Care and Child Care - within the new build project setting.

The successful candidate will be confident and competent and capable enough to deliver projects from conception to completion. No need to list the duties - you should know them in detail.


The Builder

A well-established, growing Tier 3 builder formed over 10 years ago currently turning over in excess of $100M annually, delivering projects valued from $5M - $35M.

Having developed systems and processes over the last decade they have gradually developed to become one of the leading Tier 3 builders in Melbourne, in this space, currently delivering a wide range of projects, both new build and fit-out, often with repeat clients, across:

• Education
• Health
• Age Care
• Child Care
• Government & Institutional
• Sports and Community

With lovely new offices (built themselves), with free parking a 2 minute walk from the building, close to cafes, restaurants and shops; you will be working in a lively and enjoyable working culture, where fresh ideas and enthusiasm are encouraged.


Are you suitable?

If you work within the commercial construction industry here in Melbourne, for any Tier 3 or Tier 4 builder as a PM or Senior CA from Tier 2 - this role would be of interest to you. If you meet the following experiences, then you should apply:

• If you can demonstrate successful project delivery as a Project Manager, on relevant projects, here in Melbourne's commercial construction sector - and on projects valued over $15M
• Possess relationships with consultants, clients, sub-contractors and suppliers in the Melbourne market
• Ability and confidence to mentor, train, support and develop junior to intermediate Contracts Administrators
