Company's Summary:

Our client is a leading provider of remedial construction services specializing in both commercial and residential sectors. They focused on delivering high-quality remediation and refurbishment projects, offering exceptional service and expertise in maintaining, upgrading, and repairing existing buildings. Currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to be based at Greenacre, NSW.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple residential and commercial remedial construction sites.
• Oversee project budgets, cashflows, and financial reporting to ensure cost control and profitability.
• Prepare and maintain 3-week look-ahead programs to track project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage subcontractor packages, scopes, and performance on-site.
• Handle project variations and ensure proper documentation and cost adjustments.
• Oversee the implementation and compliance of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate and respond to RFIs to resolve design or scope queries promptly.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain strong communication and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in remedial construction, with a strong track record in both commercial and residential projects.
• Strong experience in managing project budgets, cash flows, and schedules.
• In-depth knowledge of remedial construction processes, including ITPs, variations, and RFIs.
• Ability to develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules and manage subcontractor packages effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide site teams.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related field (preferred).
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
