Epworth HealthCare is Victoria’s largest not-for-profit private hospital group, recognised for its excellence in patient care, treatment and rehabilitation. With major campuses across Melbourne and Geelong, Epworth is committed to innovation, sustainability and delivering high-quality outcomes for its patients and community.

This position will be based at Richmond and will reporting to the Group Manager Redevelopment, the Group Project Manager is responsible for the planning, governance and client-side delivery of a diverse program of capital works valued from $450k to $25m. These projects span ward redevelopments, office fit-outs and major site upgrades, requiring delivery within the complexities of live healthcare environments.

The role will work closely with hospital executives, contractors and consultants to ensure projects meet scope, budget and quality expectations while maintaining a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and minimal disruption to patient care. Cultural fit and adaptability are key, with the broader redevelopment team focused on collaboration, detail and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking candidates with significant experience in large-scale construction or redevelopment projects, ideally supported by qualifications in construction, engineering, project management or a related field. Healthcare sector experience will be highly regarded but other complex client-side experience will be considered. Success will rely on your ability to balance governance with client-side delivery, bring clarity to stakeholders, and contribute positively to a collaborative team culture.
