Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Delivery, Project Coordination, or similar role within construction, manufacturing, or a related technical environment.
• Proven experience coordinating project milestones across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an engineering mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery process of each project from sales handover through to installation-ready delivery.
• Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Schedule and oversee project timelines, proactively identifying risks and resolving delivery issues.
• Conduct regular internal coordination meetings to keep all stakeholders aligned on project status.

Talent Right is working exclusively with Atkar Group for the appointment of a Project Delivery Manager based in Hallam. Atkar is a family-owned Australian company that has been providing custom acoustic and architectural linings for walls and ceilings to the design and construction industry since 1947. The Role

As a Project Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating projects from sales handover through to the delivery of products on-site. This role is focused on ensuring smooth execution, stakeholder communication, and efficient delivery of each project milestone, rather than overseeing the entire project lifecycle or strategic project planning.

You will be responsible for orchestrating the internal and external resources needed to fulfil project commitments to clients, managing schedules, resolving delivery issues, and supporting the design, production, and logistics teams to meet agreed timelines and specifications.

This is predominantly an office-based role in Hallam with occasional site visits to confirm details and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery process of each project from sales handover through to installation-ready delivery, ensuring all requirements are clearly documented and executed
• Act as the central point of contact between internal teams (design, manufacturing, logistics) and external stakeholders (builders, subcontractors, clients)
• Schedule and oversee project timelines, proactively identifying risks and removing obstacles to meet delivery commitments
• Organise and follow up on site measurements, shop drawings, and any required client approvals
• Ensure all production documentation, procurement orders, and delivery schedules are accurately prepared and maintained
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding delivery progress and resolve any issues that arise during the delivery phase
• Foster strong relationships with clients, focusing on service excellence and maintaining Atkar’s reputation for reliability
• Conduct regular internal coordination meetings to keep all stakeholders aligned on project status
• Perform 1–2 site visits per week to confirm product readiness, final measurements, or delivery requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Project Delivery, Project Coordination, or similar role within construction, manufacturing, or a related technical environment
• Proven experience coordinating project milestones across multiple stakeholders and disciplines
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an engineering mindset to interpret plans and technical documents
• Confidence in handling challenging conversations and resolving delivery issues professionally
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance client expectations with operational capabilities
