Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking experienced E&I Project Engineers to join our Engineering and Construction division to support delivery of the Brigalow Peaking Power Plant near Chinchilla, Queensland. The project involves balance-of-plant construction and installation of 12 aeroderivative gas turbine units, with initial Brisbane-based setup before on-site work in 2027.

You will work with Site and Project Managers, liaise with the client, manage interfaces between engineering and delivery, and prepare

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years' experience in an on-site project engineering or coordination role.
Australia-recognised tertiary qualification in Engineering or a trade certificate.
Clear technical skills with capability in budgets, construction metrics and change management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Full unrestricted Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

Work with Site and Project Managers to meet objectives on time, cost, safety and quality.
Liaise with client representatives to deliver requirements.
Manage interfaces between engineering and project delivery to satisfy specifications and schedules.
Supervise resolution of technical queries as required.
Compile schedule, cost, progress and forecast reports.
