Job summary
Monadelphous is seeking Senior E&I Project Engineers to support the Brigalow Peaking Power Plant, a major Balance of Plant project with 12 GTG units and related electrical, instrumentation and control infrastructure.
You’ll start in Brisbane supporting mobilisation, planning and procurement, then move to a site near Chinchilla, Queensland. The role offers 2:1 roster and opportunities across HV/LV systems, with a strong safety culture.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering E&I scopes on power generation, energy, mining, oil & gas, resources or heavy industrial projects.
- Degree qualified in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or related Engineering discipline.
- Strong experience managing electrical and instrumentation construction activities from planning through execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate E&I construction and commissioning activities to achieve project objectives safely, on time and within budget.
- Review engineering documentation, specifications and vendor deliverables.
- Coordinate interfaces between E&I, SMP, civil, commissioning and client teams.
- Develop and manage work packs, ITPs, test records, construction methodologies and commissioning documentation.
