Job summary

Lendlease is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Perth team on multiple projects south of the river. You will develop and manage construction programs, coordinate design and interfaces, and oversee subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining cost control and strong HSE practices.

Ideal candidates will have 4–8 years of on-site experience and a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, with proven stakeholder liaison skills and client-facing capabilities.

This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health and Safety at all times.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and manage medium and short-range construction programs.Design management and coordination.Client management and liaison.Procurement of tender packages and preparation of subcontract agreements.Review and sign-off of subcontractor claims and variations.Preparation of cost forecasts and manage cost controls/reporting for designated work areas.Implementation of project EHS and quality plans and project management plan requirements.About youIdeally 4-8 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably on large-scale building construction projects. (I.e.
