Job summary

Lendlease Corporation is seeking a Site Manager to lead construction delivery in WA. You will oversee a team of supervisors, drive safety and quality, and coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure on-time project completion.

The role requires experience with complex, Tier 1 commercial projects, strong leadership, and outstanding stakeholder management. Perth-based site leadership with strong safety culture is essential.

Qualifications

  • Seasoned Site Manager with ability to deliver complex projects.
  • Strong sequencing, trades coordination and program delivery experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Manage site operations, including all internal staff and subcontractors.
  • Programme management, sequencing, and coordination to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Drive site safety, ensuring full compliance with WHS requirements.
  • Oversee QA & QC across all trades, ensuring high-end finishes and quality standards.
  • Lead daily site operations, meetings, and reporting.
  • Manage all on-site communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
