Job summary

Lendlease is actively seeking Expressions of Interest from Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers in Victoria to join our national project portfolio. You will help manage subcontractors, develop construction programs, and oversee procurement strategies to deliver complex projects safely and efficiently.

The role requires experience in on-site delivery, cost control, risk management, and strong stakeholder communication to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of on-site construction delivery experience.
• Proven track record on large-scale building projects (ideally >$100m).
• Strong skills in programme development, cost control, and risk management.
• Experience resolving design and coordination issues.
• Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Deep understanding of EHS, quality, and sustainability standards.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and maintain construction programs.
