Lendlease is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Site Supervisors based in Victoria to join our national project portfolio. You will oversee on-site teams, ensure safety, and drive high-quality outcomes across complex builds.

You will plan and coordinate construction activities, manage subcontractors, and maintain productive, safe site environments. We value leadership, clear communication, and collaborative stakeholder engagement to deliver sustainable results.

Qualifications

Our clients come to us when it’s important to handle complexity, drive diversity, offer strategic and long-term value, and to create innovative and sustainable solutions.**Lendlease is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Site Supervisors based in Victoria who are interested in current and future opportunities across our national project portfolio.** We are interested in connecting with construction professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes, leading teams, and maintaining safe and productive project environments. **Responsibilities include but not limited to** **Safety & Compliance*** Maintain a valid Lendlease EHS Passport and complete required training.* Implement safety systems and ensure compliance with regulations.* Conduct risk assessments, monitor high-risk work, and stop unsafe activities when necessary.* Carry out daily and weekly safety checks and keep accurate records. **Planning & Coordination*** Work with engineers to develop short- and medium-term construction programs.* Monitor progress and report on site activities.* Promote sustainability initiatives and maintain a well-organized site **Quality Control*** Ensure work meets design and quality standards.* Review and verify subcontractor inspection plans and manage defect close-outs.* Stay across contract scope and specifications. **Team & Resource Management*** Supervise and mentor site teams and apprentices.* Support performance reviews and training compliance.* Help manage labour costs within budget. **Stakeholder Engagement*** Build strong relationships with unions, consultants, and authorities.* Encourage teamwork and clear communication across all site stakeholders.* undefined **About You:** * + Previous experience supervising construction activities. + Strong understanding of safety systems and compliance requirements. + Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor site operations effectively. + Knowledge of quality standards and contract specifications. + Leadership skills to manage and develop site teams. + Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
