Lendlease is seeking expressions of interest for Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers based in Victoria to contribute to our national project portfolio.

The role involves managing subcontractors, developing construction programs, implementing procurement strategies, and ensuring high standards of health, safety and quality on large-scale projects (> $100m).

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of on-site construction delivery experience.
• Proven track record on large-scale building projects (> $100m).
• Strong skills in programme development, cost control, and risk management.
• Experience resolving design and coordination issues.
• Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Deep understanding of EHS, quality, and sustainability standards.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
