The Role

You'll take ownership of multiple commercial electrical projects, working closely with builders, site teams and senior management to deliver successful outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects from early design and planning through to completion.




• Leading, mentoring and supporting foremen and site teams.




• Managing project budgets, profitability and labour forecasting.




• Building strong relationships with builders, consultants and contractors.




• Coordinating design, Energex requirements and project resources.

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s as good with people as they are with projects.

You’ll ideally have:

• Around 10 years’ experience in electrical construction and communications.




• Proven project management experience within commercial construction.




• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.




• A sound understanding of project financials and commercial outcomes.




• A positive, solutions-focused attitude and a willingness to take ownership.
