Job summary

Roc Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver a strong pipeline of commercial electrical projects across Brisbane. The role involves managing from award through to completion, reviewing plans and coordinating resources, materials and costs.

Qualifications

• Proven electrical project management experience across commercial or domestic projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials and installation costs.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and technical documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects from award through to completion across commercial sectors.
• Review project plans, specifications and scope of works to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to coordinate resources, materials and costs.
• Identify and manage project risks, variations and value engineering opportunities to protect margin.
• Oversee project handover from the estimating team and manage ongoing cost reporting and forecasting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers across all project stages.
• Contribute to the growth of the business through professional delivery, repeat business and client satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be considered it is vital that you have the following:

• Proven electrical project management experience across commercial or domestic projects
• Trade background in electrical highly regarded
• Electricians looking to move off the tools and into a management role are encouraged to apply
