Eneraque is seeking a capable Project Support Coordinator to bring control, consistency and follow-through to project information across live engineering, manufacturing, construction and commissioning work in Brisbane.

You will sit at the centre of project delivery, working with Project Managers to coordinate documentation, maintain registers and prepare dashboards, while ensuring information is current and accessible when the delivery team needs it.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project administration or coordination.
• Experience in construction, engineering, energy, infrastructure or EPC projects.
• Procore or similar project/document-control system experience.
• Proven ability to work with technical teams, suppliers and clients.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain project workspaces, folders, registers and workflows in Procore and other approved systems.
• Manage document control including drawings, specifications and client deliverables.
• Maintain action, decision, risk, issue, change and deliverable registers.
• Prepare kick-off packs, meeting agendas and project dashboards.
• Collect inputs to support current project reporting including procurement and commissioning.
• Support variation, progress-claim and invoicing-readiness activities.
• Identify missing or late information and drive resolution with owners.
