Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in events/communications roles (not-for-profit/government/health sectors preferred).
• End-to-end management of small- and large-scale events (in-person and online).
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Women’s corporate events program, managing timelines, RSVPs, budgets and suppliers, and draft speaking notes.
• Develop high-quality communications materials for intranet and weekly newsletters.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships with suppliers, sponsors and colleagues to manage expectations.
