Job summary

The Royal Women’s Hospital in Parkville is seeking a Project Delivery Specialist within the Digital Innovation Service to support digital transformation across The Women’s, RMH and Peter Mac. You will coordinate plans, governance artefacts and stakeholder engagement across the project lifecycle.

You’ll work with Project Managers and Portfolio Directors in a hybrid model from Parkville, enjoying five weeks annual leave, salary packaging, superannuation and a range of wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Digital Health or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience leading or coordinating process improvement, operations or digital transformation within healthcare or similarly regulated environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in ICT or digital health through service coordination, subject matter expertise and delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and collaboration skills, including experience working with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, schedules, tasks, meetings, workshops and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain key artefacts, including status reports, RAID logs, change requests, benefits registers and resource plans.
• Monitor progress, reporting, risks, issues, budgets and governance requirements, escalating variances as required.
• Support stakeholder, vendor, change, readiness and adoption activities across complex initiatives.
