Job summary

The Royal Women’s Hospital in Parkville, Melbourne is seeking an Events and Communications Coordinator to manage corporate events and internal engagement activities, and to produce communications materials.

You will work with the Communications Department to deliver events and campaigns, and support hospital-wide projects including diversity and belonging initiatives. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in events/communications, preferably in not-for-profit, government or health sectors.
• Experience with end-to-end management of small- and large-scale events (in-person and online).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Women’s corporate events program, including timelines, RSVPs, budgets, suppliers and debriefs.
• Develop high-quality communications materials and copy for internal channels.
• Foster and manage relationships with suppliers, sponsors and colleagues to meet stakeholder expectations.
