Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Sydney seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to lead the commissioning and ongoing operations for a premium CBD mixed-use development. You will manage day-to-day facilities, coordinate contractors, and maintain premier service standards for residents.

With 1–3 years FM experience, you will conduct compliance audits, work with the concierge team, and prepare reports for strata meetings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar facilities management role or building management
• Knowledge of mixed-use developments and strata legislation including relevant acts
• Strong understanding of building systems such as BMS, AFSS, cooling towers and sustainable practices
