Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a Finance Analyst to deliver accurate financial management, reporting, and strategic support under the Work Dynamics team. You will partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive budget development, forecasting, and value-adding commentary.

The role requires at least three years of experience in financial analysis, a business/commercial degree, and a CPA/CA or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or related field, plus CPA/CA or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and Word, plus IT systems for finance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage journal review and processing and provide P&L reporting with variance analysis.
  • Act as trusted finance partner with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to budget development and periodic forecasting activities.
  • Support reporting automation, data governance, and process improvements.
