Job summary

Kinbuild Partners is seeking a Supervisor to play a foundational role in shaping how insurance repair projects are structured and delivered. You will oversee the delivery, coordinate on-site trades, and manage costs to ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

Experience as a Supervisor in insurance repair environments.
Strong knowledge of building practices, codes and safety requirements.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise insurance repair projects maintaining adherence to service level agreements and KPI.
Lead and coordinate on-site trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient, cost effective, high-quality project delivery.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining schedules, budgets and project plans.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders providing clear updates and managing expectations.
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and HSEQ standards.
Maintain accurate site documentation, reporting and system updates throughout the lifecycle of all projects.
