Job summary

Unique Building Services Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of insurance repair projects from initiation to completion. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and a deep understanding of building standards and insurance repair processes.

You will manage scopes, budgets and timelines, coordinate internal teams and contractors, and ensure safety and quality throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management.
• Experience in insurance or construction industry preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage scope, budgets, timeframes, risks.
• Proactive, solutions-focused problem-solving.
• Leadership experience across multiple teams.
• High proficiency with project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of insurance repair projects from start to finish.
• Build relationships with insurance partners, clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress within scope, timeframes, quality, and budget.
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors for delivery.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, escalations.
• Review scopes to ensure compliance with requirements and standards.
• Identify efficiency improvements to help outcomes.
• Provide regular project reporting and maintain records.
• Ensure WHS protocols are maintained.
