Job summary

Unique Building Services invites an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Head Office team in Carrum Downs. With 5+ years in project management, preferably in insurance or construction, you will lead a portfolio of insurance repair projects, coordinating with insurers, clients, contractors and internal teams to deliver on time, within scope and budget.

You will drive risk management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvements to enhance customer outcomes while ensuring WHS

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, ideally within insurance or construction.
• Experience in insurance claims and repair processes is desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of insurance repair projects from start to finish.
• Develop strong relationships with insurance partners, clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress to ensure scope, timeframes, quality and budgets are met.
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors for successful delivery.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and escalations with timely solutions.
• Review scopes to align with policies, standards, and regulations.
• Report on project performance and maintain documentation and WHS compliance.
