Job summary

KBA Insurance Repairs is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee WIP claims, coordinate with client relations and internal teams, and ensure timely, high-quality repairs. You will lead site meetings, monitor progress, manage risks, and drive service delivery to insurers and customers.

The role is predominantly office-based in Brisbane, with a focus on efficient claim outcomes and customer experience. Prior experience in insurance repairs and strong KPI focus are preferred.

• Top level verbal and written communication to keep all parties informed.
• Ability to review and understand entire claim to ensure successful repairs.
• Strong organisation in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of KPIs to drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee WIP claims, ensuring progress and timely resolutions.
• Lead site meetings with clients, insurers, builders and stakeholders.
• Review weekly WIP performance with coordinators and supervisors.
• Escalate risks and issues with recommended mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all claim records and actions are documented in the system.
• Foster proactive communication and continuous improvement across the team.
• Support RCs and Supervisors in resolving technical and operational issues.
