Randstad's client, a well-established builder delivering high-end residential developments, seeks a Project Coordinator to join their team on a high-profile, $20M beachfront project in the Northern Beaches.

This role provides exposure to both office-based commercial management and site-based engineering operations, with a focus on contracts administration, procurement, variations, progress claims, RFIs, and QA/QC.

Qualifications

Job Title: Project Coordinator | Boutique Luxury Residential Location: Northern Beaches, NSW (Local Candidates Highly Preferred) Package: $90,000 Total Package

Our client, an established builder delivering high-end residential developments, is seeking an ambitious Project Coordinator to join their team on a high-profile, $20M beachfront project in the Northern Beaches.

This multi-level development features five luxury whole-floor residences over a complex tanked basement. It offers the ideal project scale to give you hands-on exposure to every phase of high-end construction.

The Opportunity

This role is designed for someone looking to build a well-rounded foundation in construction project management. You will work directly alongside the Project Manager and Site Supervisor, gaining equal exposure to both office-based commercial management and site-based engineering operations.

Commercial & CA Focus: Contracts administration, trade procurement, variation management, progress claims, and RFIs.

Site Engineering Focus: Substructure and tanked basement methodology, site coordination, quality control (QA/QC), and structural quality assurance.

About You

Experience: Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, with prior experience in residential construction.

Dual Interest: Strong desire to develop skills across both Contract Administration and Site Engineering.

Location: Ideally based on or near the Northern Beaches. Due to site requirements and day-to-day coordination, a local commute is strongly preferred to ensure long-term role sustainability.

Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to learn complex construction methodologies on high-end sites.
