Junior / Intermediate Contract Administrator

This is one of those roles you don’t see every day. A cashed-up, established builder with a reputation for always paying trades on time and looking for a Junior / Intermediate CA to join the team on a $150mil Apartment Project.

This role is perfect for a junior to intermediate level Contract Administrator who wants to refine their skills and grow their career in Contract / Commercial Management or Project Management in the future.

You Must Be / Have

• 2+ years’ local experience in Commercial or Multi-Res projects
• Relevant Construction Tertiary Qualification
• Stable career history
• Autonomous, reliable and detail-oriented
• Driven, energetic and hardworking with a good attitude
• Strong communicator – able to deal with trades, consultants and clients
• Team-focused – respectful, down to earth, and easy to work with
