You’ll work across a diverse range of technology projects, including mobility rollouts, on-site deployment, telecommunications and managed services transitions.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and highly organised Project Coordinator / Manager to join our team.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone looking to build or continue their career in project management within the technology industry.

You may already have project management experience, be working as a Project Coordinator, or be currently studying Project Management and looking for an opportunity to gain practical experience in the technology industry. Exceed ICT is committed to developing the right person and providing mentoring and training to help them succeed.

You’ll work across a diverse range of technology projects, including:

• Mobility and device rollout programs
• Field services and on-site deployment projects
• Telecommunications and connectivity solutions
• Managed services onboarding and transition projects
• Multi-site technology implementations

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Coordinate and manage projects from initiation through to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules and delivery timelines.
• Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Assist with project budgeting and resource planning.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.

Project Governance

• Status Reports
• Meeting Minutes
• Project Closure Reports
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder workshops.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.
• Act as a key point of contact throughout project delivery.
• Communicate project progress clearly and proactively.
• Manage customer expectations and help resolve delivery challenges.
• Coordinate resources across technical, logistics and field services teams.

Resource & Deployment Coordination

• Coordinate field engineers, technicians and delivery partners.
• Schedule hardware deployments and site activities.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics and service delivery teams.
• Ensure project resources are effectively planned and utilised.

About You

• We're less concerned about the number of years you've been a Project Manager and more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, organisational skills and willingness to learn.
• Currently studying Project Management or a related discipline.
• Working as a Project Coordinator looking to step into a Project Manager role.
• Coming from a telecommunications, technology or service delivery background.
• Looking to build a career in project delivery within the ICT industry.
