Job summary

The Aquarium in Melbourne seeks an experienced ICT Project Coordinator to support technology deployments, endpoint management and ICT asset activities within a large infrastructure organisation. This is a hands-on role working across project teams, technical specialists, operational stakeholders and external suppliers to coordinate rollout schedules, device activities, project documentation and reporting.

• Experience as ICT Project Coordinator, Deployment Coordinator, or Technical Project Coordinator.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience coordinating endpoint, device or ICT infrastructure deployments.
• Strong ICT asset-management and logistics experience.
• Strong scheduling, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and Excel.
