Job summary

InsureBuild in Heidelberg West (Melbourne) is seeking a Project Coordinator for its insurance building repairs team. This full-time, office-based role supports a portfolio of repair claims ranging from $20,000 to $100,000, handling administration, documentation, invoicing and onboarding with the delivery team.

You will liaise daily with the Project Manager, ensure contractual compliance, manage deadlines, and develop relationships with clients and subcontractors while delivering accurate

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the Insurance Building Industry or Domestic Building Industry preferred.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Results focused and self-driven.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Develop relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• National Police Check required.

About the role

This role is a full-time office-based role, in Heidelberg West

A great opportunity for a Project Coordinator to effectively manage the administration and support of a portfolio of repair claims. Working on a broad range of projects in the $20,000 to $100,000range, you will be responsible for providing support to our project delivery team, includingbut not limited to the following:

• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Preparation of project documentation.
• Liaise with Project Manager daily
• Accurate preparation of invoices to ensure compliance with contracts
• Assist with Trade Onboarding and Compliance

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience within the Insurance Building Industry or Domestic Building Industry highly regarded.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Results focused and self-driven nature.
