Job summary

D&B in Melbourne is seeking a results-driven project coordinator for insurance repair programs. You will allocate repairs to subcontractors, manage delivery within time and budget, and engage with homeowners to ensure quality outcomes.

The role is Monday to Friday, office-based in Metropolitan Melbourne, with a focus on compliance, cost control, and proactive communication with clients and insurers.

Objectives

• Coordinate insurance repair claims ($1-$100k+)
• Ensure timely, safe, and budget-compliant project completion
• Meet/exceed Australian building standards
